Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
As is common with many websites, we use cookies, pixels tags, session replay tools, and similar tracking technologies (collectively referred to as “Tracking Technologies”) to automatically collect Personal Information when you visit or interact with our Site. Cookies are small text files containing small amounts of information that are downloaded to your device when you visit a website and placed on your computer’s hard drive by your browser. On each subsequent visit, cookies are sent back to the originating website or to another website that recognizes that cookie. Pixel tags (also known as web beacons or clear GIFs) are tiny graphic images embedded in web pages or emails.
These Tracking Technologies enable the automatic collection of the Usage Data described earlier. This Usage Data, which includes details of your interactions with the Site (such as your IP address, the sequence of pages visited, items viewed or clicked, search queries entered, time spent on pages, scroll depth, and referring/exit pages), help us recognize your device, remember your actions and preferences (such as language settings, font size, and other display preferences) over time, understand how users navigate and engage with our Site, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, deliver targeted advertising, and generally improve the user experience. This allows us to optimize the shopping experience, hold selections in a shopping cart when a user leaves the Site without checking out, and send you reminder e-mails about your shopping orders and other shopping opportunities. We also use Tracking Technologies to gather statistical information about the use of the Site in order to improve its design and functionality, understand how the Site is used, and assist us with resolving questions.
The kinds of cookies that may be used on the Site are set out below:
● Strictly necessary cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around the Site and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the Site. Certain services you have requested cannot be provided without these cookies.
● Performance cookies collect information about how you use the Site, for instance, which pages visitors go to most often and if they get error messages from web pages. This data helps us understand user behavior and improve the Site’s performance and design.
● Functionality cookies allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your username, language, or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. These cookies can also be used to remember changes you have made to text size, fonts, and other parts of web pages that you can customize. They may also be used to provide services you have asked for. The information these cookies collect may be anonymized, and they cannot track your browsing activity on other websites.
● Marketing and targeting cookies and pixel tags are technologies that we and our partners use to better understand your interests related to our and our affiliated brands and marketing partners' products and services. We use these technologies to track the actions of our Site users and email recipients, measure the success of marketing campaigns, compile statistics about usage and response rates, and deliver targeted advertising.
Most internet browsers allow you to remove or manage cookie functions and adjust your privacy and security preferences. Most browsers accept cookies automatically but allow you to disable them or be given the choice of declining or accepting a particular cookie (or cookies) from a particular website. You may also visit www.aboutads.info/choices/ and http://optout.networkadvertising.org/#/ for more information on interest-based advertising and to opt-out of this practice by companies participating in industry self-regulatory programs.
We use third-party analytics service providers, including Google Analytics and Google AdWords, on the Site to collect Usage Data, to analyze how users use the Site—such as time spent on the website, pages visited, cart details, mouse clicks, keystrokes, purchases, and other interactions—and to provide advertisements to you on other websites. You can learn about Google’s practices by going to www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/, and exercise the opt-out provided by Google by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/. We also use third-party companies to measure and target ads on our behalf about products and services tailored to your interests.
We also utilize the Meta, Google, and Tik Tok tracking pixels for targeted advertising, analytics, and site functionality. Please note that this list may not be exhaustive and can change as we adopt new technologies or partners.
Outside of the use of the cookie settings in your browser, there are also browser-specific settings like “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) or “Global Privacy Control” (“GPC”). The DNT signal is not widely adopted and is not a finalized standard, so we don’t respond to DNT signals.
How we retain Information we collect
We will retain Personal Information for as long as necessary or permitted in light of the purposes described in this Policy. However, some Personal Information may be retained for longer periods as required by law, contract, or auditing requirements. We will also retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
When do we disclose the personal information we collect?
We disclose Personal Information you have provided through our Site to our affiliated brands, as well as to persons or companies that we retain to carry out services, such as hosting, promotions, analytics, payment, or marketing activities on our behalf. This sharing may occur through various methods, including the use of direct data feeds such as API connections or server-to-server integrations, by providing data files to these partners, or by enabling the direct collection of data by these partners on our Site through the use of Tracking Technologies, as detailed in the “Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies” section. Such disclosures will be for the same purposes as described in this Policy.

In addition, the Company may provide its affiliates or unaffiliated third parties with aggregate information about visitors to our Site or users of our applications. For example, we might disclose the median ages of visitors to the Site or the number of visitors to our Site that come from different geographic areas. Such aggregate information will not include information of any individual visitors to our Site or users of our applications.
Third Party Sites
Certain third-party websites or applications may be linked to the Site or applications. These third-party websites and applications include their own privacy policies. Please refer to these policies when using one of the linked websites. The Company is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites or applications that are linked to our Site or applications.

The Company takes seriously its obligations under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act concerning the collection of Personal Information from children under the age of 13. The Site and the applications are not targeted to children. The Company does not knowingly accept Personal Information from children under the age of 13. Parents should be aware that information that is voluntarily given by children or others in chat sessions, email exchanges, reviews, or the like may be used by other parties to generate unsolicited emails or other contacts. The Company encourages all parents to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of the Internet.
How do we protect your personal information?
The Company takes measures to prevent unauthorized intrusion to the Site and the applications and the alteration, acquisition, or misuse of Personal Information by unauthorized persons. However, the Company cautions visitors to its Site and users of its applications that no network, including the Internet, is entirely secure.
